About the Role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Elementary Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and wants to help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. You will create fun, engaging lessons and support students as they build important skills for the future.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and teach engaging lessons in core subjects (reading, writing, math, science, etc.)

Create a positive and supportive classroom environment

Use different teaching strategies to support all learners

Monitor student progress and provide helpful feedback

Encourage student confidence, creativity, and participation

Work with other teachers and school staff to support student success

Communicate regularly with families

Take part in professional development and school activities
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education (or related field)

Teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain certification in Texas)

Experience teaching elementary students preferred

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Passion for helping young learners succeed
