Key Responsibilities

Provide targeted academic support to middle school students in both push-in and pull-out settings

Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to differentiate instruction and support diverse learning needs

Develop individualized strategies and interventions to help students access grade-level curriculum

Use assessment data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Foster a classroom environment that is structured, inclusive, engaging, and academically rigorous

Participate actively in coaching, professional development, and collaborative planning meetings
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Degree in Special Education, Education, Literacy, or a related field preferred

Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs strongly preferred

Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills

Commitment to equity and culturally responsive teaching practices

Passion for education and helping students succeed
