Key Responsibilities

  • Provide targeted academic support to middle school students in both push-in and pull-out settings

  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to differentiate instruction and support diverse learning needs

  • Develop individualized strategies and interventions to help students access grade-level curriculum

  • Use assessment data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues

  • Foster a classroom environment that is structured, inclusive, engaging, and academically rigorous

  • Participate actively in coaching, professional development, and collaborative planning meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Degree in Special Education, Education, Literacy, or a related field preferred

  • Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs strongly preferred

  • Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills

  • Commitment to equity and culturally responsive teaching practices

  • Passion for education and helping students succeed

  • International candidates with strong English proficiency and relevant teaching experience are encouraged to apply
