The school is hiring for the following elementary-level positions:

Position 1: Elementary STEM Teacher

The ideal candidate is a creative and enthusiastic educator with a strong background in mathematics, science, or STEM instruction. This teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on STEM lessons that encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

Salary: $70,000 annually

Position 2: Elementary Interventionist

The ideal candidate is an experienced educator who is skilled in providing targeted academic support to students. This role involves working with small groups of students through both push-in and pull-out intervention models to support literacy and numeracy development.

Salary: $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction at the elementary level

  • Develop lesson plans that promote student engagement and academic growth

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

  • Provide targeted intervention support (Interventionist role)

  • Deliver hands-on, inquiry-based STEM instruction (STEM role)

  • Use assessment data to guide instruction and monitor student progress

  • Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues

  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and collaborative planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Degree in Education or a related field preferred

  • Previous elementary teaching experience strongly preferred

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Passion for working with young learners and supporting academic growth
