Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in core elementary subject areas
- Create engaging and differentiated lesson plans aligned to curriculum standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous classroom culture
- Use student data and assessments to guide instruction and intervention
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Support students’ social-emotional development alongside academic achievement
- Participate actively in coaching, professional development, and collaborative planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Degree in Elementary Education or a related field preferred
- Previous elementary teaching experience strongly preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to equity and culturally responsive teaching
- Passion for working with children and helping students succeed
- International candidates with strong English proficiency and relevant teaching experience are encouraged to apply
